Yeah, but you don't really notice the blood when your just as pumped with adrenaline and testosterone as the guys in the movie (seriously, I was watching cheerleaders that looked like they were ready to jump in and join the Spartan army [small town, so I knew who they were]) As for Historically correct, story wise yeah, but it ticked-off quite a few people because they said 'boy-lovers' as an insult, when it's common knowledge that the Spartans were as homo as the rest of the world ... or era ... or area, whichever. I wasn't offended by the line, but it takes a lot to piss me off.

From what the documentary said, the night before the last stand, the Spartans took time to wash their hair, brush and comb it out, and put oil on their bodies....they were helping each other with the tasks. One of the Persian men was watching, and reported BACK to what'shisface (I can pronounce it, but not spell it) the king/god took that to mean that they were also gay, like most thought the Romans were. In fact, they were readying their bodies for death. They knew they'd die that next day, and they also knew that they'd not get a "proper" burial, so the readied thier bodies for death, before they died. They had to Hollywoodize some of the movie, but after watching the documentary, they didn't Hollywoodize much. No need to. We almost cheered when the queen stuck what'shisface the traitor, in the counsel chamber.

Eh.....Its one of those nights that I wish I had a cuddly girlfriend to snuggle into, because I just want to feel comforted and be held by someone I love with all my heart....And most of my family....Dont really care.....I just want someone, to be there.......
Dont mind my ramblings....I just gotta get the things Im thinking off of my chest, and just sort of allow it out before I take my meds and go to sleep.....

Hehe, the only FOB song I know is Dance, Dance ... and the only time I 'listen' to it is when I'm playing DDR Supernova (<- big disappointment) I'm more into Moi dix Mois, especially at the moment because their CD was just released on the 28th *fanboy squeel* Official Website

Once my dad gets a computer I'll be on lots more often.
I WENT TO THE RUFUS WAINWRIGHT CONCERT (on Sunday)!!! ZOMG IT WAS AWESOME!
I was one of the first people to pre-order his CD and HE
SIGNED
THE COVER!
AND I GOT TO MEET HIM *dies*
He's so much hotter in person, he has a nice tan and ... *drool*
He's got a great sense of humour, what you see in the concerts and such (talking in between songs) is pretty much him being himself.
Lol, I'm wearing the concert shirt right now.
Other than that everything has been normal ... or however close we can get to it.

So sorry to hear about the dog! I don't know what I'll do if/when Gabbie has to be put down...and she doesn't even live with me. We had to put down 2 within months of each other. They were old, and couldn't walk any more. Black lab and German Shepards just can't be carried outside to potty, and it's hard on them to suffer like that.
*give you virtual hug*

Aww, poor doggy, none of ours have been put down. But my mom ran one over, he was still a puppy. My friends dog Bru was put down and I had to help her through the tears (okay, I lied, I was crying with her >.<)
