*SCREAMS* I got an iPod, the one that plays videos!!! I lurve it sooo much!!! I got the black one, since they don't carry my color(pink)...shame on them ZOMG!!! Congrats Jess. Shame on them for not having the pink one though. Pink is a really popular color these days...(lol. Or should I say years. I remember a few years back when wearing a fushia shirt would have been a sacrilege )
lol. I am starting to feel like I am the only one ipod-less in this world...although I have to say that I wouldn't have any use for a ipod either. ETA: Oh and I just realized I can squee too. *SQUEEEEEEEEEEEE* I got an e-mail back from the TA of my ex-teacher's lab, and they need volunteers to do ratings!!! So, I'll do it. And the best part is, I can work on this from home. ;D Yay for CV material!!!

Thanks everyone!
It will go by fast, its only a two year college --- I'm not hundred percent excited, I get very panicy when thinking about courses, I still need to pick them...I don't have any idea what I want to do - which I know I don't need to know, but school has never been my thing..so I'm very nervous. I sort of just want to travel and learn about other cultures.
mrbreathe - Congrats!!! I wish you luck in your drama production!

^^^Yeah I remember my first day of College, I was so stressed out. But after a week, I bet that you'll the hang of it.
And if I were you, a bit before the beginnig of class, I'd go check out were my classes are. That way, you can avoid panicking over not knowing were your classes are, the first day of class.
Also, if you ever need help in how to organize your stuff to study, maybe I can help. As much as I can't study for you, I can share a few tips I learned the hard way. So if you ever need help in that deparment, feel free to ask.
Good luck choosing your courses. Be sure to check this website too before choosing a courses.

^You know its nice "knowing" someone(you) even if you are over the internet who's in college, I have nobody to turn to in the real world who's in college...I think that is where I also get nervous!
I know I'll be fine after the first month -- I just stress a bit, its new and all.
I'll probably ask your advice on something in the near future, this college is great cause it has classes to help people who need help in math, English, and studying...so that'll be nice!
And thanks, I'm going to chose my classes soon.

^^^Well I am happy if I can help. Just use e-mail, not PM. I don't like the PM system here, as it gives me no notification that I received anything.
And wow. Great place if they give you credit for you course that actually help you. That's good barging. ;D Huh, do they give you credit for these? well in any case, if you can have those you should be happy. I didn't have those, although for some science course, I had the option of working with a tutor, who I needed to pay of course.
Oh and while we are speaking of College, how does it work in the US? You said it lasts 2 years, but that's not a bachelor, is it?

In the US we have two year and four year colleges, with two year colleges you can start whatever degree you are seeking and transfer to a four year college to finish it. Theres special programs for these...it really depends on what two year college you go to on the special programs to do your transferring(if that makes sense). I have a real hard time explaining anything college, my college has a thing called 60 + 60 transfer program if your seeking certain degrees. I could probably e-mail you a page about it, that is if you want to, cause I can't explain it lol.
I don't earn credits for the classes they have to help you on english, math and studying. But it will be nice to have this, my English and math skills are horrible, though I always pass with flying colors on reading test...which I think it is kind of weird. lol
That sucks you had to pay if you wanted extra help!
Maybe we should have a College thread...lol
