Forvever Gone, Forever You
Little is known about this song except that it was written by John LeCopmt and that the original name of the song, according to John, was C Sharp, the guitar tuning of the song. Originally, it was meant to be on Fallen, but never made the cut. An alternate look at the song describes John LeCompt’s secret addiction to Eggo waffles. Thanks to EvBoard for this information.
This song has other titles. Many call it "Forever You." Some say that a band member confirmed that this song is just called "Forever Gone."
Forever Gone, Forever You
Italics will be back up vocals. In "Lost in your..." I hear "Lost in your games you change the same." and on EvBoard they say "..to change the same." What do you think? Reply or PM me with your comment.

I wanted you to be with me
For so long I don’t even know why now
But now that I’ve given up on you
Defiantly you see me
Walking away I see the pain
Put me through (I see through you)
Lost in your game you change the same
Forever gone, forever you
There’s something very wrong about this
I think you knew all along somehow
You’ll only take me to change my mind
And leave me broken and defeated
1:20 - 1:31
So far away (Ahhhahhh) I see the truth
I see through you (I see through you)
Now that I know the way you play
I don’t want to
Walking away (Ahhhahhh) I see the pain
You put me through (I see through you)
Lost in your games you change the same
Forever gone, forever you
2:09 - 2:38
So far away (Ahhhahh) I see the truth
I see through you (I see through you)
Now that I know the way you play
I don’t want to (Ahh ah ah ahh)
Walking away (Ahhhahhh) I see the truth
You put me through (Ahh ah ah ahh)
Lost in your game you change the same
Forever gone, forever you (Forever you)
Additional Information:[/u] This song is actually called "Forever You." I'm keeping the topic title as "Forever Gone, Forever You" because more people know it as that title.

John LeCompt is credited to have written this song. According to LeCompt, the original name of the song was C Sharp, the guitar tuning of the song. According to Shelly LeCompt, the title of this song is "Forever You," not "Forever Gone, Forever You." [1]
"John did write that song as a solo thing he did between the Mindrage split & joining up with Evanescence! (that let's you know how long ago that was -hehehe) And the original version (which I am now listening to because you guys are making me remember back when - hehehe) called C sharp was all john when he recorded on our home pc. He did all the music & all the lyrics, he played it all & sang it all! So pretty - hehehe. Okay then came the lovely Ben & Amy, they loved as John loved it so added a little Evie to it and there was the beginning of Forever You. Amy did her own lyrics to that version. I think that clears up everything or makes it worse who knows! hahaha "
