bad things will happen, no matter if you're smoking or not. it really sucks that a 15 year old died.....really. I dunno....it's hard. If your mind is really set on it, it won't be a thought to do any more after a while.

I smoke all the time, but my parents dont know. I just picked it up recently. It helps me to relax when i feel stressed out. i dont think that im addicted to it or anything like that tho.

It helps me to relax when i feel stressed out. i dont think that im addicted to it or anything like that tho. stop now before you DO become addicted. it is actually raising your blood pressure, not relaxing you. and if you think your folks don't know, you're fooling yourself. doesn't matter what you do, you can't get the smell off your clothes, hair, skin....you smell like smoke. it's not as easy to cover up. not to mention, you WILL die from smoking if you continue to smoke. I know 2 family members who've died, and I've gotten the "pleasure" of seeing the light (as in the white light you see when you are dying) due to smoking. it's not the cool thing to do.

If you're smoking because you're stressed, find another way to deal with it.

okay, i'll stop. I've only smoked a few times and i'm not addicted to it. I dont need it. I'll throw away the rest of cigarettes in the garbage.

Well, I did it.
I think nearly three weeks ago, i went for patches, it helped the first couple days until i had to go to my aunts party which i hated, i ended up smoking one then. then the next week was a birthday party where i had four, but it was also the last night to smoke in the uk since the smoking ban has just come in. I came off the patches in about. 2 weeks, so ive been off patches for a week or so, im not to bothered about not smoking now. the first part was hardest, now i know that i went this far and theres no point turning back.
patches are meant to be 10 weeks. i did them for barely 2. but i did it.
