I want to lose weight before the end of the year, but it's easier said than done. Any advice? *A* Best way to lose weight (coming from a fat lady) is to eat healthy, 5 times a day (small meals) and do an hour or so of some kind of excersize a day...at least half an hour of something that gets your blood pumping. Take out all refined sugar from your diet (candy and sweets of any kind, including soda) and replace it with raw veggies. It's how most people should eat anyway, but don't. Fast food is never your friend, unless it's a salad. But yeah, lifestyle changes are HARD......so don't beat yourself up if you slip and have a candy bar or chocolate milk every now and then. It's ok to splurge every now and again, just not every day. If you get real cravings for junk food (like the chocolate thing) eat a power bar that has chocolate, or get the sugar free stuff. It's actually sweeter than the real deal, so you won't really even want the whole thing.

You won't lose a lot of weight, but you'll lose enough to at least notice, but you have to exersice and eat right if you want to keep it off....STOP drinking soda, that is if you drink it, I stopped and I lost weight, but it'll only stay off if you eat right and exersice.
I have replaced(or try to at least) sweet stuff with healthy granola bars and frozen yogurt(it might have whatever in it but its healthier then ice cream) -- just don't eat it at the galloons lol.
Good Luck, I want to lose a billion pounds before graduation but that won't happen since graduation is two months away.

but dont try to eat nothing. 1st: it doesnt work because youll keep being hungry and then youre gonna eat so much in the end that you feel even worse and 2nd: it could lead to anorexia or sth. eat healthy, do some sports at least 3 times a week, avoid eating fast food, do not drink any soda but mineral or still water, drink a glass of water before you eat sth so you wont be that hungry anymore as you seemed to be before good luck but dont forget your social life (or however you call it in english ;D)

What I learned in health was to eat less and exercise more. So that doesn't necessarily mean everything you eat has to be healthy, but you will lose more weight with healthier food as opposed to junk food [i.e. real potatoes vs. potato chips].
Personally, I exercise by playing Dance Dance Revolution. It's a dancing video game. So I have fun and get a good work out at the same time.
Good luck on your weight loss goals! ^^,
