I just got Welcome To Sunny Florida in the mail today. I first watched the interviews, then I watched the concert. It's a very good DVD. There were some songs that she performed very well. For some reason I don't think that the song "Precious Things" can ever be performed to sound as great as it does on record (I've listened to various live performances).
I noticed that they mixed up the setlist a little bit on the box. "Interlude #2" should come after "Take To The Sky" instead of before it. By the way, what is "Take To The Sky"? Is that one of Tori's b-sides or a cover?
My mother commented that she thinks Tori's hair looks very ugly on the DVD. She said that her hair looks very thin and asked me if Tori ever had cancer. Does anyone here know if she ever did have it?
I like the the songs that are considered Scarlet's Hidden Treasures as well. I'm listening to "Indian Summer" right now.

And Tori Amos' version of 'The Light Princess' by George Macdonald, (working with the national theatre) expected to take place sometime in 2010. Excited!

^ Lucky! I'm not sure if I'm going to buy this new album. I still have to check out the new songs, I guess. I bet that going to one of her concerts would be awesome though. The tickets have all probably been sold out by now though.

They sold out within 40 minutes. I was incredibly lucky to get such good seats. I love what i've heard of this album so far, but she'll be playing some acoustic versions of the new songs, i'll let you know what they're like.

EDIT: I MET HER Lucky! I really enjoyed the concert I went to as well back in August of 2009. Highlights for me were: "Give," "Bells For Her," "Marys Of The Sea," and "Big Wheel."

Is anyone else interested in her upcoming release, Night Of Hunters? Apparently, Tori will be playing the piano in a classical style, sort of like how she plays it on Under The Pink, I suppose.

I have listened to clips of all the songs on Night Of Hunters. For whole songs, I have listened to "Shattering Sea," "Nautical Twilight," "Edge Of The Moon," and "Carry." So far, I am really liking the new album. ;D
