So, here are the interviews with Troy. And I have to say that now that I have seen Troy perform + read these interviews, I want him to stay in Eva. That guy is a seriously good guitarist.

How did you feel the first time you got to play with Ev.?
I was really ancious actually, we had very few days to learn the songs and rehearsed them before the first show
How was that you guys got called to play with the band?
We were referred by a producer that was a friend of ours and from Ev manager, then their manager mentioned us, and we had already met Amy some time ago and had seen us play, so they called us, and the rest is history as they say. (note that he got the job by networking )
Whats your favorite Ev song?
Thats actually really hard to say, i really like Lithium, its one of my favorites. this could sound typical but it kinda reminds me of a modernized riff from Ozzy's old material "Diary of A Mad Man"
Whats the song that you enjoy playing live the most?
I really love playing Whisper and You Star live
Are you and Will thinking about staying as permanent members on Ev?
Thats something that hasn't been discussed yet, but I would definitely be willing to consider it if thats something that the band is interested in.
If you stay in the band, will you keep doing the different solos in Going Under and Haunted?
Of course, i actually play them a little different in every show, but that something that the band really likes. Amy told me that i could have fun with the solos in the songs and do whatever I want with them.
Would you like to appear on an Evanescence video?
Of course, it would be really cool to have something like that, so when i get old i could watch it and remember, that way i'd be telling my son: "look at that, your dad really knows how to rock!"
Has something change in your life since you joined the band?
Not really, I've been playing and touring for a lot of time now. Through i've never been in Europe before, and Ev took me there, its been a wonderful year and i wouldn't change anything about it.
If you dont get to stay in Ev, what would you take with yourself after this experience?
That I made 3 incredible new friends
Whats the funniest thing that has happened to you while on this tour?
I fell asleep in the front room from our tour bus in Europe and they took me pics while i was holding a puffy animal and putting my hands in really vulgar places
How old were you when you started playing guitar?
like 13 or 14 (Mary is jealous )
Do you know anything about Venezuela? Would you like to play here someday?
I don't know much about it but i would love to play there

1- Well first, you joined Evanescence with Will a few month ago. How was your first meeting with the band?
It was cool. Terry, Tim, Will and myself had a couple of days of rehearsal before Amy came in to rehearse with us. It didn't take long to feel like things were clicking.
2- How did you get into being part of Evanescence? Did Amy asked you and Will to join the band or did you proposed by yourself? Were you an Evanescence fan before joining them?
Amy called the day before her wedding. We had met before. Apparently a producer that Will and I were working with knows Amy's manager and had suggested that they give us a call. She remembered us and the rest is history. I liked Evanescence before although I wasn't as familiar with the songs as I am now, obviously.
3- What are the next projects for Evanescence? Do you know if there will be a live DVD released for The Open Door as Anywhere but Home for Fallen? Or maybe an Unplugged as KoRn did with the participation of Amy?
I can't say. I don't really know. I think that there may be a DVD in the future but I am not sure.
4- What are the main changes between being in Evanescence and being in Dark New Day for you?
The main difference is that I came in as a musician who could play the parts. I didn't write any of the songs. But, I think that it's more fun to play the songs sometimes because I didn't write them. It's hard to play music that you write sometimes because you have so much invested in it and you can't listen to it objectively without dissecting it.
5- The new album of Dark New Day will be released soon. Do you think about colaboration with Amy or the whole band?
It would be great to be able to do that sometime. It won't happen on this album, however, because we have already recorded. Maybe in the future.
6- What are you favorite songs by Evanescence? What are the songs that you like to play? Would you like to play a song not played actually during the shows?
I like playing "Whisper" and "Your Star" live. I think that "Snow White Queen" would be a cool song live.
7- By joining such a band as Evanescence, it was obvious that you would become very famous. Did success changed a lot of things in your life? How do you live that in your diary life or during the shows?
I don't really consider myself famous and I don't think that it's really changed me at all. It has been a great experience. I haven't become instantly rich or anything like that and I still love to eat Macdonalds.
8- Do you think that you will keep on working with Evanescence while staying in DND in the future?
I can't say. I hope so. That would be great. We will just have to wait and see.
9- Are you planning to come in France for the DND's new album tour?
There are no plans right now at all. The album isn't finished yet. But, I would love to.
10- To finish : Is the band working yet for new songs? Do you have any information about a forthcoming album?
No, I don't. If Amy and Terry have been writing I don't know about it.
