So, today I got an invitation for psychomotor therapy. I knew I was on the list for it and bla blah but now i have to start next wednesday. I don't really feel like going because Im not sure what they expect from me and what I need to do there...while surfing around a little bit (just on dutch sites, the english sites are to hard to understand) i found out that they want me to cut and paste stuff, and jump and skip around...I'm not a 3 year old kangaroo and there was a huge part about dancing therapy.. O.o I'm so NOT going to dance over there..and the skipping,.,.NO WAY! last time i did that was in kinder garten and last time I tried I fell over my own feet zo no way that I'l do that again Does anyone have any experiences with the psychomotor therapy?

they won't have you do the dancing stuff until you're ready to do it. therapy usually starts off fairly slowly. I think this is a good way of riding your body of bad stuff, and changing how you think of life. *shrugs*
