Breathe No More:
I’ve been looking in the mirror for so long That I’ve come to believe that my souls on the other side, Haahh All the little pieces falling, shatter Shards of me too sharp to put back together Too small to matter But big enough to cut me into so many little pieces If I try to touch her and I bleed I bleed And I breathe I breathe no more
1:18-1:27
Take a breath and I try to draw from my spirits well Yet again you refuse to drink like a stubborn child Lie to me Convince me that I’ve been sick forever And all of this will make sense when I get better
But I know the difference Between myself and my reflection I just can’t help but to wonder Which of us do you love
So I bleed I bleed And I breathe I breathe no Bleed I bleed And I breathe I breathe I breathe I breathe no more
3:13 - 3:51

Some info:
Many fans believe that the only reason BNM was redone, was because of the popularity of the demo and the 'wanting' if you will, for it to be redone with just the piano. BNM (Final Edit) is said to have replaced Hello on the album if Amy had her way, however Wind-Up insisted on Hello being there; BNM (Final Edit) ended up being on the Elektra Soundtrack instead. The demo version features band noises as well.
BNM was also improperly called 'Breath No More' on the NFYE Bootleg.
Info from...fourms (don't remember which one specifically); Not for Your Ears Bootleg

The live version of the song didn't always include the full band playing the acoustic guitars and drums along with Amy and the piano. In fact, there is one live version of "Breathe No More" available as both an audio and video file that features Amy playing and singing the song completely by herself. This was at the Coliseu Dos Recreios in Lisbon, Portugal on October 7, 2003. This was the first concert of Evanescence's European Tour during the fall of 2003. So, this means that the performance of "Breathe No More" was probably the first time Evanescence played the song live ever! Unfortunately, in this live version of "Breathe No More," the piano is very out of tune. The next available recording of a live version of "Breathe No More" comes from Le Zenith in Paris, France on October 16, 2003. In this version, the acoustic guitars and drums are present as they are in all proceeding versions of the song. My theory is that "Breathe No More" may have been played just solo with Amy on the piano for a few tour dates before the acoustic guitars and drums were added somewhere between these two recordings' dates. Or, maybe after the fiasco of the out-of-tune piano, the band decided to add the other instruments to the song because of that one occasion.
