Just gonna get this out of they way before we start the whole thing. If you have any difficulty with your sigs or avvy after following the directions here, let us know!!
To add your avatar or sig, go to the link at near the top of the page "user cp." Click on "modify profile. You can use one of the avatars provided, or link to an outside source. The largest your avatar can be is 100 x 100 pixels. If it is any larger than that, you will be asked to shrink it, or it will be shrunk for you. Please do NOT make us shrink it for you that way. If you need a pic or .gif shrunk down, there are plenty of us who can do it for you via e-mail, so ask.
Your signature is also taken care of there. BBC code is used, just like the old boards, but now you have more flexibility, as the 250 characters you had no longer is in affect. You get a little more. Your sig picture and words still must not exceed 250 x 500 pixels. Again, if it's too large, you will be asked to shrink it, and if there is too much delay, your sig will disappear (we'll delete it). If you need help shrinking images, just ask someone for help.
Hope this does the trick for everyone. All the rest of the profile changes are pretty self explanitory, but if anyone has any questions or comments, feel free to PM me, Unquiet Void, Gary, or Mike (devilfish). Enjoy yourselves!

Hey, the site is really awesome!!! Sad to wait, but wonderful to see! I'm just here to congratulate you and to make a little suggestion: it's all new now (talking about members) and maybe the maximum size could be there in the Setting area so we can remember always (the sig size). That's it, but what I've really got to say is CONGRATULATIOS!!!

We'd put it in the setting area, if we could. But since we can't, and it's been a rule here for a while, I put it in here as a reminder. If your sig is larger than that, you won't get an ugly private message or anything. All you'll get is a request to shrink it. I promise, we aren't mean unless provoked to a serious degree. ;D

There wont be a way to control the max size of a signature, but. you can always get your ruler out every time you see someone with a sig that looks big : p
